5 Part Plan

  • First we must recognize that a new civic religion has arisen and overtaken the westernized world during the last three decades. That religion is Intersectionality.

Currently, almost all public schooling, collegiate education, and government granting of money have Intersectional requirements for success.

Soon, with ESG scores, business capital distribution will rely upon a business’ adherence to Intersectional religious dogma.

Unless we recognize this religious overthrow of public institutions, we will lose our First Amendment freedoms to have and practice our own beliefs outside of Intersectionality.

  • Gather people who do not follow Intersectional tenets to fight back against enforcement of Intersectional dogma on the public sphere.

  • Gather like-minded lawyers to take on religious freedom cases against Intersectional public requirements in schooling and business.

Gather a national database of cases involving public entities requiring Intersectional adherence for publicly-funded credentialing or monetary dispersal. Also collect a database of Intersectional inquisition in employment.

Select the strongest cases possible to litigate with the goal of setting precedent against coerced Intersectional religious adherence in business and academia.

  • Organize resources to de-radicalize youth coming from Intersectionally-saturated public facilities who have been damaged by their coerced adherence to Intersectional abuses.

  • Build momentum, and reinvest in this cause.

In the future, we hope to be among other civil rights groups helping to keep America’s First Amendment strong by holding the line against forced religious indoctrination and proclamation in American public enterprise.

  • The not-for-profit institutions and government offices that would generally take these cases are all Intersectional. Intersectional legal institutions will not fight the enforcement of their own religious worldview.
